Got bunch of cash saved up in the war chest, started gassing big time (even though I shouldn't )
Any cool custom shops or signatures ESP, Jackson, Dean etc
Metallica signatures, Kenneth Lawrence etc.
Money is not an issue, but the value needs to be attractive
P.s. To clarify, something rare like a limited run (ESP KH-2 Relic or Ouija etc) or one off custom shop, artist owned etc. Regular USA Jackson won't do it (some USA Deans can though).
 
I have a mid 80's mint condition G&L Rampage in Red. It comes with the original G&L Case.

I would need to get fair market value for it.

Dunno if this is your thing, but it doesn't get any more rare or cool than this. 1981 PrePro Charvel Explorer, totally verifiable and legit. Not to mention there will never be another Charvel Explorer made:

They only made Explorer bodied guitars from '77-'86 and very, very few were made. This is an '81. There is not another one exactly like this one on the planet and never will be again because Gibson stopped them from copying the body style.

I'd suggest ordering a custom shop Dean built however you like.
 
I thought about a build, but thought I'd get a used market a go. Plus I don't want to wait a year or whatever
