Hi. Can anyone tell me the difference between the G12M, the Heritage G12M and the Heritage G12H?

How would a 212 Avatar cab work with either set paired to a Mesa DC 10 head?

Thanks for any info; trying to help someone out. :)

go over to the Metro Amp forum and search around some.

about all i could do is pass along what i garnered from there.

Warehouse Green Berets are a fraction of the price, and just as good. I think they sound like the Heritage Greenbacks. Somewhat darker and smoother than the regular Greenbacks.

heritage are a waste of cash... i like plain old regular greenbacks...don't care if they are heritage or where they are made.... not worth all that damn extra money... I think greazygeo made a statement on them... maybe he'll chime in.

I have the RI GB's in most of my cabs, but two cabs have original GB's that the HGB's are taken from (T1511 20 watt with bass cones). My old ones have tighter bass and are clearer than the RI. I do really like these! I think the RI sound fine for what they are, but if you want the extra clarity and low end the HGb's might be good.

The H30' Heritage I don't have any experience with. The reg H30's I don't think are that great, too scooped in the upper mid range, very dark sounding. Weird speaker! I'll most likely move mine soon.....I cant see wasting the $$$ on the Heritage H30's.

I tried the H65s recently and they are ok, not really worth the $$$. Not really that different from the RI GB's tonewise (less bass and treble). In a 2-12 application they would be good for the power handling.
