Hey all,

Just wanted to say that I really, really, appreciate that the LEDs in the GA pedals do not cause eye damage. I dig how they have the light around the foot switch as well. I've never seen it and I absolutely love it. Oh, and they are insanely quiet and sound amazing. So there's that.

So Wayne @griff10672 , maybe you know but why did LEDs get so damn bright? That was never an issue forever until all of the sudden it was. And now it's rampant.

I honestly don't know ....... you can alter the brightness of the LED by adjusting the resistor value going to it . With the footswitch LED's I run them as hot as I can without blowing them ..... on my pedals that don't have them I increase the value so they don't burn a hole in your retina ... it can also depend on the LED's used .... those clear water ones are bright AF

I appreciate the love guys .... I have a lot of fun building them and designing the graphic layout as well as the boards .. I'd like to think it shows in the work ...

I need some rat clips. And yeah Wayne is the man.
I feel so silly. All of these years working as a studio musician and at home it is just as much of a struggle as you can imagine. LOL so much to learn and so many varying opinions on how to record a simple guitar track. Also, my Rokit 6 monitors are fine and dandy, but I am always worried I am dialing in too much high end to compensate for not feeling that blast through the cab. That was a fun trail I just went down.

All that was to say - I have an amp with a rock crusher recording built into it, so it shouldn't be hard for me to lay down some different clips of the Rat, but who knows how close it will actually sound.
