Ground control pro question

I just ordered a Voodoo Labs Ground Control Pro and I was reading the Diezel manual and the MIDI inputs on the amp have 7 pins and there is only 5 on the GCP. Is this going to be a problem, will I still be able to power the GCP? Thanks for the info!
