Can’t find much info on it, but I appreciate the parts selection. Whoever made I used primo parts. The film caps are the same Panasonics used in the originals. Electrolytics are Nichicon golds, the resistors are Takman audiophile grade, gold jacks, and not sure of the pots. Either way, no brainer at $35. I couldn’t buy the parts for that.

The fact they accidentally put an 'L' and wrote the 'R' over it is amazing alone. Absolutely steal of an buy!! $35? Nuts.

And the pronunciation is more like a rolled r or “d”. Definitely requires different muscles for Americans. There characters aren’t letters. Everything is an entire syllable except ending in “n’

Gloss and gross would be like “gu-ro-su”. There is no different character for ro vs lo and the pronunciation is in between the 2. That said, they have their own kanji for gloss that isn’t pronounced anything close 光沢. The problem really only exists when they use English alphabet.
 
Yeah, I teach etymology and ancient languages (mostly semitic), it's funny because when I speak those languages, I roll my 'R' like that as well. Sounds like....well...an L! I had a friend who was primarily into Kanji and we had a lot of great conversations over the years.
