I was the biggest zep fan when I was a kid. Page was why I picked up a guitar…and Hendrix… but even now I listen to the live stuff and I literally can’t reconcile it with what I hear in the studio. Now I can’t hardly listen to some of the live stuff. Then some of it he just murders it… crazy….

Man, I know the live stuff is highly variable, but the live version of No Quarter from The Song Remains The Same still knocks me out for the vibe, and surpasses the studio version by a lot.
