The food on the plate is herring! We eat a lot of different kinds of pickled herring and of course a lot of other food like swedish meatballs and "fresh potatoes" and wash it all down with all kinds of alcohol...

Wow, that picture makes me hope that Christmas will hurry up as we do a really big cold table here with the nisser running around everywhere (my wife's Danish).
