Guys, I received my new Hartman yesterday and I asked my son to put a bit of tape around the battery holder and as he did it, he asked " what do these little white dials do ? " and turned the whole lot.

I have no idea what the factory setting was and Hartman haven't replied to me.

I've got the photo of the inside from a previous thread but my trim pots are a different design... they're white plastic with a little wedge cut out of one end.

It sounds terrible and I really need help please.
Here's a photo I took of the inside of mine... can anyone compare it to theirs please ?
I have a show on Fri night and need to use the pedal.

You're probably gonna have to return it for recalibration. Those pots are set for particular waveform values and no two units are gonna have the pots in the same physical locations. All those components have tolerances in one direction or the other. Some manufacturers actually mark the pots with fingernail polish or a sharpie so if they get turned, you can just line the markings back up.

Open a thread up on TGP in the pedal forum and you'll get more replies.

I don't use that forum mate.
I browse it but there are far too many cork sniffers with attitude problems and no talent who enjoy be-littleing other people and products.

Not a friendly place at all.
