How’s the neck dive on that sumbitch?
Is that on the E-II model or the LTD or both? Thanks for the infoThe balance on the vipers is super solid, on both the baritones and standard scale ones IME

Well I impulse bought one a few days ago so I'll report back when I get it!A Viper Baritone would be badass!

Yes there is. I had to move the strap button to the tip of the horn, just like Tony Iommi used to do with his SGs. Works perfectly. I put a small black screw where the old button was. It’s a killer guitar and still my current favorite.I’m about to buy a e2 viper baritone.. soundstorm you never reported on the balance of this guitar? Is there any noticable neckdive?
I think a lot of guys move the strap button to the horn, it balances the guitar perfectly. No issues at all with mine over the last year and a half or so, but I’m also not throwing it over my shoulder and playing crabcore with it either. My Viper deluxe 1000 has some neck dive. It won't drop to the floor but it feels like it's going to. It levels off parallel with the ground. I tried to do the wheelweights a few days ago. Didn't work. I used some duct tape to simulate a couple differnt strap button locations. I'm thinking it will need a Bigsby and strap button relocation to make it hang the way I want it to, neck up. $240 with the vibramate in gold. I let a killer Sheraton go once cause the bigsby solution was too high priced. I told myself never again so this is the never again.
I'm leery about putting the button on the tip of the horn. It doesn't seem robust enough to me I thought about going on the inside of the horn, in the upper bout where there is a little more meat. Anyone used the tip location long term and put a lot of gigs and use on it?
