I've been waiting to retube my VH4 for about a month or more now to no avail, namely due to the fact that I cannot find a place that stocks the fuses for the VH4 (250V - 250mA glass, slow blow/time delay). Places either stock fast blow in that mA rating or they only have 500mA slow blow, can't get 250mA slowblow ANYWHERE it seems. I've checked the general places here in Australia for them (ie, Dick Smith's, Tandy Electronics, Jaycar Audio etc) = no luck.

Ok so questions -
Where do you guys get yours? Links to online sites would be much appreciated!

Will any other rating/blowtype of fuse work in my VH4?

I couldn't buy any fuses from Diezel could I? Haha, i began to tihnk that was the only option.

I miss my VH4, please help!
Thanks!

You need to find an online shop like Mouser in Australia . . .

Thanks so much!

Is it ok that they have those stiff wires coming out from each end yes? I'd just trim them off when I receive the fuses for installation?

It says on that website that each fuse would cost almost $10AUD each. Is it just me or does that seem a little excessive? I remember buying 6 fuses for my Marshalls for roughly 5 bucks.

Argh wish this could be simple, I miss my baby :(

Its probably a bulk carton with 10 or even 25 or so . . .

I think that many electrical supplies (even small shop) can ,on order, have 250 slow blow,
also amp techs always have them. :)
