Heard yesterday Saga live with Herbert..

very nice sound out of channel 3, tight and perfect for his staccato style..he used only this channel, and switched to a vox combo for some cleans. Tha cab was 4x12 Diezel
By the way he used always the bridge humbucker (emg) and lot of volume pot working on his custom made axe and music man silhouette.

Nice concert
 
I've seen them about I think 2 years ago and really enjoyed the concert. He already used his Herbet then but I think also for cleans.
 
The speaker grill you see in my avatarpic (S 'n P) is actually from Saga - it was on tour with them. :D
 
Somebody should teach him how to change channels then :D
