Did these clips so you guys can get an idea of comparison on the bridge pups. Didnt have time to get to the neck, but Ill do some of that this weekend...

The hellbaby sounds way better to me right there....the pk seems really 'woofy' in the low end :thumbsup:

I agree. I also think the painkiller has some distant, maybe slightly thinnner sound to it. I really like the HBs a LOT More. Im seriously considering selling the painkillers and getting some covered HBs for the ninja...

The HellBaby bridge does have an awesome dry punchy attack without being overly mid-focused like the Painkiller.
I really like it from what I'm hearing in your clips Raf.

And wow, that Painkiller clip sounds woofy in the lows.
I've never had a problem with my Painkiller 7 bridge getting flubby like that.
It's always been razor-tight in the lows for me.

Looking forward to the neck pickup clips. :thumbsup:
 
Gonna have to try the hellbaby. sounds awesome. I have a couple afwayu sets and an Angel Dust set. Love them all. I just got my first BK set. Holydivers. Not high output at all but they sound good. But they dont have that huge in your face thing the MCPs have.
 
painkillers are VERY in your face. More so than the hellbabys...but I like the character of the hellbabys a LOT more.

I was looking at the nailbombs and painkillers, but I got this brand new set of holydivers for a price that I couldnt pass up.

Id like to here more about the MCP Warcry too.

Hell yeah man. They fucking DESTROY. My newest clips are better than these, for sure!!
