Help! I killed my M4 last night

Well, it's only half-dead ...

Played a good show last night, during load out, one of my racks fell about three feet onto the parking lot ... the rack that had the M4 and a Real Tube Reverb in it.

The Real Tube works fine, but when I powered up the M4 this morning, it wasn't working.

Plugged it in, the little fan came on, the two tubes in the back were glowing, but the channel lights on the modules would not light. Pressing the channel switch didn't do anything -- in fact, it didn't click, is it supposed to click? I couldn't remember.

Took the top cover off (could there be more screws? Crikey!), removed all four modules and put in a fifth one that wasn't in the rack last night. Powered up again. Tubes in the module were both glowing, but no channel light.

Reseated the ribbon connector between the modules and the board toward the rear of the unit, got the first channel light glowing on the module, but the channel switching button still doesn't do anything. Swapped out the two chassis tubes, same result.

Plugged it in to my power amp, I get a little output from it, but it's very low.

Any ideas? Anyone know where I can get an empty M4 chassis (buy or borrow)? I have a solid month of gigs starting a week from Friday.

Kee-rist, I just sold my Groove Tubes Trio preamp, too. @#$%^

 Sorry to hear that!!!!!Hope you get this fixed.I hurt for you

Fixed after a call from Jeff ... what great customer service. Reseated the ribbon connector and the MIDI chips and good as new.

Thanks!

Gotta second you on eggie customer service. They sent me some new tubes even though I was technically a few days out of warranty! Fabulous!
