HELP ME!!! BIG PROBLEMS ON MY VH4 MIDI SYSTEM!!!

Hello everyone at Diezel..
I'm writing to know why my VH4 sometimes stop playing for 40-50 seconds and then goes again.
It's not shutting down,everything is lighted on ,it simply stops the sound and then start again.
I asked to a technician and he told me that the trouble is in the midi system.

I am writing to know if Diezel can help me,also because these heads are lifetime warranted..so maybe i can have all the support i need...
