Help please, VH4 makes no sound, preamp tubes are dead

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum,
I've been looking at it sometimes.
Very friendly and helpful people here. From the best I've seen :thumbsup:
I have a VH4, Herbert and a 4x12 Cab, great amps!!!! :)

The reason I'm writing this post is because my VH4 suddenly stopped making any sound.
At the time I was reamping some tracks and wasn't present when the amp stopped making sound, so I don't know if it made any pop or strange sound before it became silent.

I opened the rear grill and I noticed that the preamp tubes were not lit. The power tubes were lit and there was no fault led on.
Everything on the amp (buttons, leds, power tubes) seem to be working ok, the preamp tubes are the only thing that isn't right.
It seems that the preamp tubes aren't getting any power.

Is there anything that I could look at, or anybody has any idea of the possible cause for this?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Please replace the rectifier for the preamp tu´bes
by a skilled tech.

It seems that it is easier to get a reply from you here than by email ;)

Is that rectifier a "normal" component or is it a component that I have to get from Diezel?
