So a guy reached out to me whose 500 lb cousin passed away…at 55; anyway he was in the heyday of 80s and bought all sorts of guitars. Mostly mid level stuff and was a builder. I suspect he pieced together a lot of stuff. He has all this shit that I need help with to sell. First off I don’t want anything monetarily from it. There are a few guitars that I am interested in but if I didn’t get them, I’d not lose sleep. I am going to post pics of guitars and if you respond with a value, that’s helpful so please keep it on the open board so we can all learn. Also be specific of the items you are valuing so I don’t get confused. If you are interested in something; it’s for sale. This will need to be in multiple threads due to size i would expect. First off is his building stuff along with a mosfet and multi effects unit.
This will take a bit of time. I’ll do a few now and more later.

Some of this stuff, you could probably find a range for on Reverb. You have to use Reverb's actual description of the item to be able to see what's below though. The more rare it is, there probably won't be a Reverb description and value like you see below, but you could check "Sold Listing" under "Show Only" in the filters tab. It's not the most accurate way to determine value, but it might give you an idea.

Examples below of Reverb's value based on actual sales price (you would need to use Reverbs description to see this..)

Boss ME-70 on Reverb going for between $110 to $174.

Marshall Lead 100 Mosfet

If that strathead ESP neck is legit, it's probably worth some coin but I'd hate to try to guess on that one since I'm no expert, and I doubt there is enough sales history on Reverb to find any kind of range.

Hope that helps!

To the right collector, that Peavey is likely worth $1000-1500?
I love that copperhead

Yeah, I tried to find comparables on Reverb, but that's one that doesn't sell often enough for Reverb to have actual sold data on. But 100%, that could bring some decent money to a Peavey collector.

Maybe check the Peavey USA group on Facebook...?

Didn't find anything on the Okctober guitar. **Edit** Found a couple that sold on Reverb. Again, just a few examples don't make a very good pool to pull from, but it's better than nothing I guess:

The Jake replica.... It' so hard to say on parts guitars, especially in today's market. It does have Schaller tuners so if the other parts are of equal quality (Warmoth, etc..). It might bring some money, but it's just going to boil down to whatever someone is willing to pay.

Yeah!! Thanks Steve.. I’ll load more shit up in a bit

That Washburn is pretty cool - Cavazo used one back in the day.
