Help with Soldano SLO part

How do you call this particular piece, found on some amps, SLO in particular? Also, do you know where I can find these, along with the respective screws and washers? It must be the same size as the ones on the SLO.

Is there a captive nut on the backside? If not, I think I've seen these called j-clips. If it does, I think I found them last time under something related to "captive nut". I think digikey has some, but in standard server rack sizes, which may not match.

Those are typically known as clip-on nuts, clip nuts, U-nuts, etc.
You need to know your screw thread size for the proper nut. I *thought* Soldano used 1/4-20, but you must know for sure. Also, DO NOT use the nuts for self-tapping screws. Use proper machine screws and nuts.
