Hey guys,

So I've got a Boss RV-5 Reverb pedal that I want to throw in the FX loop of my Twin Jet. Only problem is that it is hard to get the sound level even with the level the amp produces when the FX loop is disengaged. The RV-5 cuts a lot of the volume when engaged, even with the pedal's and the Twin Jet's FX loop levels on max. Any ideas on how to make the volumes more consistent?

EDIT:

So I fixed it: didn't have the cables in the right jacks on the RV-5. Now I'm going to hijack my own thread and pose another question: reverb pedal before or after EQ pedal in the FX loop?

Your master volume works as a send level as well if I am not mistaken. You have to crank the master way up and adjust your level with the channel volumes. It will make your tone a little different. rtry that. Did cleaning your input jack get ridd of that crackle you were having. You never posted back about it.

Yeah, I thought I did post back, but I guess I didn't. But yeah, it did fix the clicking noise (thanks BTW!). I updated my post above! :)

 I just got done playing my TJ. I love this amp with the 77's. If it wasn't for these tubes I would have sold it. What a difference and a great one at that.

That'll be my next quad to try. :)
Then you can post up that the tubes suck and I am tone deaf and no one will suffer anymore

Not likely, I had a quad in my Rev Blue briefly and they were awesome!
