herbert and groove tubes...but got a lil pop.

i put new groove tubes gt gold 6l6s in my herbert ... bias 70 ma,however when i switch to ch1 from either 2 or 3 i get a pop sound... whats that about?

how high is your bass on the clean channel? turn it down and if you need more low end, compensate with the deep control.

If You match the channel in volume You
should get no pop. Otherwise You can solder
a 470k resistor across the bass pot on channel
one and the pop will disappear.

ill have to try the bass thing and match the volume,ill let you know thank you
