I just got a Herbert, and still trying to master the FX loop section...
it seems that even though I am using the SERIAL loop section only, that when I turn off my FX via a volume pedal(and the serial loop is engaged), that the dry signal still comes thru....is this a flaw?, or am I doing something wrong?
what I do:
Serial FX send out to the input of FX Unit
output of FX unit to a Volume pedal
Volume Pedal to Serial FX return
now that should be simple enough, and this FX controlling method has always worked in Bogners, and Boogies...for a total volume control of the whole mix....and I'm using the SERIAL FX because I assumed this was the way to go on a Herbert for the same concept...but this is not the case !!
so...HELP !!!
