Herbert is making noise

So basically i ALWAYS get this crazy noise thats constant that comes through my Herbert. I found out that it only happens when my other guitar player has his line 6 head on at a show. The SECOND he turns it off it stops. I can hear the jokes now, but seriously, is there any way to fix the problem? . We use different outlets too. There has to be some kind of solution. And its REAAALLY noticeable when im in channel 2 and 3 with gain.
 
:confused: thats absolutely the craziest thing i have ever heard, how close are the 2 rigs to each other?

Not very close. About 10 feet away. I know its got to be some kind of ground issue... :confused:
