Herbert Loop Question

If I wanted to use both the Parallel Loop and the Switchable loop can this be done? I am running my H3000 in the parallel loop mostly for delays and crystals, etc... Was thinking of running the G Force in the switchable loop for chorus, phase, flange and switching off when not in use. Is this possible or would it be better to run them both in one loop, or is that my only possibility?
