Herbert makes a buzzing noise

Since a few months my Diezel Herbert makes a loud buzzing noise on channels 2 and 3 when i'm not playing.
And you hear that same buzzing noise on the clean channel but then it's not that loud as on the other channels.

I never have replaced the tubes and I have the Herbert for 2 year now.

The buzzing is so loud that i'm forced to use the mute switch of the Herbert to shut the buzzing noise.

Do you guys know what the problem can be?

Please replace V1 with a highgrade Chinese 12AX7

Is replacing a Pre-amp tube the same as a poweramp tube?

And what kind of 12AX7 would you recommend?

the pre amp tubes are smaller than the power tubes and dont need to be biased
i would recommend ruby 12ax7 AC5 HG+ for V1 and V2 you can get them at
