Herbert Mid-Cut an Ch3 LED problems.

Hi y'all!

Can't really say that this has been bugging me, but I want to fix it either way, just so that I don't get confused while playing live.

I've had my Herbert for 7 years now, and I love every square inch of it.
The Mid-Cut LED has been dead for a year now, and last time I had it in for service, they didn't fix it (which fairly enough saved me $50 on the maintenance because they forgot it) - and the Ch3 LED recently stopped working occasionally (turns back on after a while)

Is it an easy fix, and does it take much knowledge to change the two LED's?

I tried to do a quick search on the topic, but couldn't find anything relevant.

I'm in Trondheim, Norway with 4Sound as my closest Diezel distributor.
 
My Diezel Herbert also has an LED out. Channel 2
It went out and came back 2 times, now its out for good.
 
The Herbert is by far the most sturdy and reliable amp I've ever had - so the LED problem don't bother me at all. Anyways - I thought about fixing it so that I don't get confused while playing live :)
 
It's an easy fix--two solder points. When my CH2 LED went out Herr Diezel sent me replacements and instructions. Unbelievable customer service!!!

My LED wasn't out, however Peter and the Diezel crew DO have amazing service. Any time I have had ANY issue, Peter has been right on it or told me how to do it. Respond to Peter and he will most definitely get you taken care of.

I've heard only kind words about Peter. He even replied to this thread. I'm starstruck!

From what I've heard about him - he is a reason alone to choose Diezel before anything else :D

That sounds great, Peter.
I could have my father take a look at it. He is a certified electrician, and have good understanding of electronics in general.
 
Peter, would it be possible for you to send me an LED as well?
Channel 2 is out on my Herbert

I will email you today, last night Channel 2 LED worked all night and I just checked it now, still works.
Do you think its a loose connection?
