hi after reading different messages...i'm a little confused...

i'd like to know the definitive answer on my question please.

is the + - option activable via midi pedalboard on the Herbert?

someone say yes others no....

i mean, without making the mod described on this forum.

thanx! :D

No, it is NOT midi controllable!

Even with the mod you need either a regular footswitch or a midi switcher like the Nobels MS-4 zu switch it.

I disagree with Jaymz82, well 50% anyway You can't switch it stand alone thru MIDI

I am using it and I am switching it thru MIDI. I run a 1/4 cable out of the 16 ohm output jack(I chose that output jack being that in my setup I would never run a 16 ohm cab and I would more likely need 2 8 ohn jacks or 2 4 ohm jacks) to my RG-16 by http://www.rjmmusic.com/rg16.php I use one of the function switches on the RG-16 to control the - and + functions. I have 2 switches on my Rocktron All Access to control the - and +. Works like a charm!!

Well, you just said exactly what I said, just used a few more words ;)

Of course you can MAKE it midi switchable. But the mod doesn't make it midi controllable as far as the Herbert's midi switching system is concerned.

You switch it with a switcher. Not with Midi. Same as i do.

But its a very easy and simple Mod. But it seems, that the unofficial mod thread is deleted?!?!?!?

As far as I got it, it was "unstickied" and got lost somewhere in the list of posts. I might be wrong though.

It doesnt matter. The mod so so easy, everybody who can take the amp chassis out, can do it.
