I know that the tubes are not warrantied by Diezel but when I ordered a new pair of the stock TAD EL34's off of the internet they have a 6 month warranty from the factory right on the box. If that is so and my Herbert is only 4 months old, shouldn't I be able to get some replacement tubes?

That is kind of what I figured, but it never hurts to ask. I only use the amp a few hours a day and I hope this is not an indication of how often I am going to have to replace tubes. I am thinking if one went out the other 5 are on there way out also.

Nope, just check them pairwise - or you are going to spend too much money. In my Herbert the tubes lasted > 2years, playing once per week loud with the band, sometimes gigs (even louder) and 2/3 times at home lower volume. It just happens, you know . . .

I replaced the pair, after a break in period I checked there bias and they were the same as when I installed them. I decided to check the bias on the other pairs and they were both at around 46-47Ma, so I turned them up to 65Ma. After re-biasing the other tubes the hiss at idle was louder. A few days later I blew another tube(not one of the new ones). Do you think I just got a bad set of tubes or should I go with a different brand like Ruby instead of TAD? Maybe I am just having some bad luck.

I had a dead tube on arrival -
Diezel wouldn't replace it - due to the fact it was a floor model -
Waiting for the guitar center to send replacement

Ok now this is getting out of hand. I replaced all of the power tubes and Herbert sounded better than ever. About 2 weeks of playing a little every day I am now getting a hard to explain sound when I hit a low E. Sound is kind of like there is sand bouncing around on the speaker or air is escaping through the cone. A scratchy static sound. The cab is a Bogner 4X12 loaded with V30's.
Any thoughts?

Tried another guitar and I heard the same thing. It is some kind of resonance or clipping sound on certain notes. I plugged the PRS back in and all of a sudden it is gone now. This makes no sense, I had my ear up to the individual speakers so I know it was coming from them not anything on top of or around the cab. As long as the offencive noise is gone and back to sounding great I am happy.

Is the sound on all channels?

Could it be a cabel starting to die?

Are the tubes (pre and power) seated properly, they can do strange things if they vibrate in their sockets.

Just a few thoughts, I'm probably wrong :) (usually am)

Using a Evidence Audio Lyric cable that is 2 months old, the cable is good....wait, the cable is great.
The distortion was on all channels.
I just changed the tubes, so I will make sure they are all the way in.

If it's just on one guitar, maybe something with the wiring in the guitar is wrong?
