I like the EG5 but man I miss the MHG. It would be very useful to me to be able to have those 2 tones in one module. The circuits are very similar, are they not?

It's funny you mentioned that. While I really like the EG5. There is something thats not quite right in the mids to my ears.

I pm'd Jeff earlier kind of suggesting something like that. I am curious to see how he responds.

I think it's all or nothing since channels A and B share their tonestacks.

That's what I was just about to say. There are minor tweaks here and there that are available, but it does affect usually both channels.

I wonder how different the component values are... if it were just a couple or 3 then maybe you could add a switch to go from one tonestack to t'other. tTheres not a lot of room in there tho'

Disclaimer: Have never seen a MHG only an EG5, altho' I think jimosity may have done a tally on the differences...
