a switch that you can switch between 6L6's and EL34's with a switch on the Chasis. I asked for pix, but no go. Is full of Bravo Ciera???

Nothing to worry about. I'm not sure about the newer VH4s but mine has that switch too. It is there to adjust the range of the bias pot for the particular tube. If you put EL34 in, set it to EL34, if you put 6L6 in set it to 6L6.

I like EL34 best though 6L6 cleans are better. But for the rest (meaning any overdriven tones) EL34 are way better imo.

BTW it's Bravo Sierra.....as in B.S :D

What's up Sean....still liking the Herbert?

I have a VH4 in the mail to me right now with KT-88's in it. I will let you guys know how it sounds when I fire it up. Hopes are high!

LOL yeah she is in the shop getting re toooooooooobed with SED winged EL34's.

I am gonna try the GT-10 with the VH4S today, but just have it set to one side as it has 1 send and 2 returns for it's serial and parallel. :)
