Just registered and wanted to say hey, also just picked up my rebel 30 112 from the local ABF shipper(must be the new thing for mf).
Couldnt wait to get home and plug in. Out of the box the channel 1 was dead, but a tube swap fixed it. I've been researching and obsessing(mostly the latter) about this amp for awhile. Cant express how excited i am to get it!
Been playing a Carvin Legacy for last decade and lately dragging cabinets around is too much. Wanted something i could carry and play at a little lower volume.
Listening to the demos on egnater site and youtube, the gain channel stood out to me. But with it sitting in front of me, the gain channel is all i expected, but the clean channel is unbelievable! Stuck an old Jekyll and Hyde in front of it and i'm even more amazed lol! I know i'm probly preaching to the choir, just had to share my joy in becoming a proud egnater owner.

btw, thanks for the post on biasing with the great pics.

Congratulations and Happy New Year! I'm an Egnater noob also but I'll be the first to welcome you aboard.

Congratulations on the amp welcome! I love my little Rebel too. Great amps.

Hi Mike,
Hope you enjoy your R30. I love mine.
Lots of good resources here on the board for it too.
This thing is like a spring board for pedals aint it?
