Hi Fellas, can you tell me if this sounds good?

Um, well... Not sure where to begin. Seems to me you nailed at least 4 nice tone styles out of the Herbster. Nice feel to the tune too, but that's beside the point. I think it sounds rich, good texture, and the opening tone is brilliant. At about the 30 second mark, it loosens up nicely... I like it. And the tone at the 1:10 mark is super silky. So overall, it's awesome IMHO.

You using the EMG loaded Horizon or the NT with the SD's...?? What mic's you using??

And last but not least - if that's drum/percussion software, what is it...? Sounded pretty live so I'm not sure if it's boxed or real. Lemme know.

Peace,
V.

Thanks.

That's NTII with Bareknuckle cbomb bridge & alnicobomb neck.

Mics are as described there.

Drums are Superior 2 with a lot of processing. I almost hate the drum sound. I can not get enough body & snap at the same time from this soft.

I love my NT-II, loaded with Beefy Slinkys. These are awesome guitars...

Sorry - I didn't see the mikes, I'll check it out again.

As for the drums, dude, sorry to say, they sound pretty killer in my opinion. I know that my opinion means sh*t in the big scope of things, but I really like this lil' ditty.

I'm not sure what you changed, but this is my favorite clip of yours. Everything sounds phenomenal. The separation of frequencies between the guitar and bass is excellent as well. Spot on IMO!

I think it's my favorite clips from yours as well.
I don't care much for the drum sound.
The opening & second crunch riffs sounds great (much better IMO than the ones you had)
The lead tone is very cool also.
clean is herbertly brilliant !!

I like it also!! I havent found this tone out of mine yet but I'm going to try!

A lot of things changed on the recording side. Amp setup is the same, with exception that there is no more batting inside the cabs.
