Hey guys!
I'm curious...do you run any effects on your high gain rhythm tones, or do you keep them completely dry.
In the past when I ran a simpler setup, I tried adding some reverb or delay to my rhythm sound, but it ended up loosing all punch and clarity.
Now, I run a dual amp wet/dry setup...Mesa Roadster and Bogner Uber....we're talking high gain modern rock rhythm tones. I mix the two amps for my tone, and only the Roadster runs effects when I use them. I think this may give me a great option to add some depth and space to my rhythm sound. Maybe some reverb or delay on the Roadster, while keeping the Uber Dry?
Let's hear your tips and tricks!
