Hitting a bit of a wall

For starters, let me say HELLO!! Long time lurker, new member here.

Ok so I have hit a bit of a wall. Out of nowhere I found myself improving in a variety of areas. But now I am stuck sort of wanting to learn a bit of everything whie not being able to really take the time to start slow with any one thing. I am doing a lot of the Andy James stuff and it seems to be helping.

Also, has anyone here registered on Jamplay? is it worth it? I kind of want to join up but I am not 100%

I have not done jam play. I have been trying to do a combination of learning other people's solos and then also sitting down with jam tracks and really focusing on note choices over the chords changes.

Were you looking into lead work and improv or just getting writing/riffs in general?
