Meet #43...Time to "Whore Out" another Pandora.

Donor Amp is a pristine Ceriatone 2204. I am able to pass the savings onto you. Has a stock injection loop that takes both rackmount powered and foot pedals as long as you’re not running 30 foot cables which most of us are not. It is loaded with JJ E34L’s and killer stock transformers. Not sure what Nik is using but I have worked on four and they all sing.

A global clipper mod is available at no extra cost if requested however it will have to go in one of the speaker jack locations due to the fact the plexiglass is a very brittle 16th of an inch. I would hate to take the chance of cracking the Plexiglass.

Amp also has external Bias Ports and Half Power Switch. I biased at 60% dissipation which sounds great for the Pandora and saves tube life.

In this ad you're saying, "It is loaded with JJ E34L’s and killer stock transformers. Not sure what Nik is using but I have worked on four and they all sing."
I thought that your opinion of the stock transformers was that they were shit?

In this Marshall forum you state, "Problem is he uses **** transformers sometimes and does NOT have the entire circuit figured out."
8th post down.

Are you saying that the Yeti transformers are shit but the 2203 ones are great? Are they different? I'm wondering why you like them now but didn't in the past.

Are you saying that the Yeti transformers are shit but the 2203 ones are great? Are they different? I'm confused.

You are correct, I did indeed say "sometimes" and he does not have the entire Jose circuit figured out as far as production.

These lay down transformers on the "2204" circuit sing nicely "on the 2204". I do believe you stated 2203 which is again an all together different transformer as it is 100 watts, not 50 watts.

It is my opinion that the transformers (if the same) on the Yeti's I worked were not complimentary to the "Jose" type circuit. Probably why Mark Cameron likes to use Mercury Magnetics. Fortin and Gower do a great job of copying Marks work IMO. I feel MM OT's make amps dark like a Mesa and that would be great in a High Gain Jose circuit. Again just my opinion.

I appreciate your attention to detail except for the small overlooked error of 2204/50 watt and 2203/100 watt. Great eye, I am sure your ears match.

Thanks for the interest and detail.
