Here's my first clip of one of my guitars w/ MCP pickups.
I have a Heritage 140-CM Les Paul. The main difference between a normal Les Paul and mine, is that the thickness of the body at the rim is 1.5" instead of the standard 2". Makes it so much nicer because it's lighter, but still tons of tone!!! It's a mahogany body, with a flame maple top. It has a mahogony neck w/ rosewood fingerboard.
I recorded everything w/ my normal setup which includes my Egnater M4, Lexicon MPXG2, VHT 2/90/2 w/ 6550s, and my Grendel Dead Room Iso Cab w/
Celestion G12T75's mic'ed w/ 2 Shure SM-57s.
As far as MCP pickups, I am using a set of afwayu's. They are a matched set that Wade made me w/ Nickel plated covers.
