How bad did I damage my VH4?

I own a 2005 Vh4 and I've had it for 2 years now. I normally have it connected to a 8ohm 4x12 Mesa cab. I recently picked up a 8ohm 2x12 Mesa for when I play in smaller bars. So at the jam space I started using both cabs in parallel and have been using the 4ohm jack on the amp. In October the fuses in channel one and two blew. I figured that it was either time to replace the tubes or they may just come loose as my band started gigging again. I just bought a THD HOT PLATE, if you don't know what that is, it's a unit u connect between the amp and the cab and it eats up a lot of the power and allows you to crank your amp at lower volumes...so here's the deal....I bought a 8ohm Hot Plate and disconnected my 2x12 cab but forgot to switch the cable on the amp to the 8ohm output   Basically I cranked the hell out of my diezel for about an hour. The next day I went to rock out and realized the mistake I had made. So I corrected the problem and began to rock with the amp cranked with the hot plate and a short while later noticed it sounding off. I glanced over to the mirror behind my amp and noticed channel 3 tube fault and the power tube on the left side (when looking at the faceplate...channel 4 I think) glowing super bright!! Just then the amp was making popping sounds and that tube began to spark! I instantly shut it off. I ordered new fuses and tubes and I'm waiting to test it out. I'm an electrician and plan to do the tube chance/ biasing myself. I haven't turned it back on yet but I checked the main fuse...still good. I just wanted to post this up and see what you guys think. I had a look inside, nothing seems fried. I don't know... Wish me luck

I am no pro, Peter will help you out...
Hopefully a retube/bias will fix your issue.
Your tube socket clamps will most likely need to be closed a bit.
I would toss the hotplate, I have looked into those for non master amps, but I wouldn't use/need one with a Diezel.
Good luck man!

Best case scenario: new tubes, new fuses, re-bias.
Worst case scenario: as above with a blown OT
