How can I tell if a Diezel cab has the G12K100 Speakers? Thx

Thanks for any tips. I've got a seller that wants to sell me a front loaded Diezel cab, but I don't know how to verify its a model with the G12K100 Speakers.
 
It will be hard to tell from the outside. Just have him unmount a handle or a speaker and have a look.
 
If it's the original speakers in the cab it should be easy to spot. Afaik there were no other speakers that look like the K100 build into Diezel cabs. The G12-T75 look similar but those were never in Diezel cabs originally.
Probably you can even see the G12 K100 writing on the back from taking out a handle but I'm not sure.

The center cap on the G12k is much larger than V30, almost double in diameter. That could be a thing to look for if you can only see the speakers from the front.

Yeah, that dustcap is huge. If you can't tell the difference between a V30s cap and a K100, you're blind as a blindfolded opossum.
 
Yeah, I just pulled the front covers on both my FL cabs, one has V30's and the other has G12K100's. The center cap is significantly bigger on the G12K100's, as mentioned, almost twice the size of the V30's center cap. The really cool thing is, they both sound frickin' GREAT :rawk:
