How could I have a GnR mod be done?

Hi,

I'd ike to have a GnR mod done on my SL2 and contacted Jeff Hilligan, but didn't get any response. He is probably very busy.
Is he the only guy, who is doing the GnR mod or are there other Guys as well?
Sorry for the question, but I'm new to Egnater modules, don't have much experience.
