How do Eggie dual modules work in Randall amps?

Does only the A side work? What happens when you hit the Randall footswitch?

I'm thinking of picking up a Randall 50 watt 1x12 combo and using my eggie modules for small gigs, but I like the B side on a couple of the modules I would use.

Thanks,
Mark

would access the first channel. you can buy single channel eggies that are the B channel

Its like Audioholic says. The B channel is not usable in the Randall amps. Channel A only.

Egnater will mod the module to work on the B channel instead.

How do they do that? Does that mean if you put that module into a MOD 50 that the B channel would be activated first?

They will mod it to be on Channel B first so the higher gain channel is on for the Randall or older Egnater owners. Supposedly easily undone too.
