How hot does your Herbie get?

Hello

My Herbie gets very hot... After playing about half an hour he gets so hot that touching the front grill is nearly painfull ... Also the metal parts of the carrying strap are very hot. The heat comes definitely from the tubes...

Is that normal? He sounds great and makes no troubles...

I'm a little bit concerned about my Herbie if he can stand this temperature for years...

Yep ... Completely normal This is a BEAST of the BEAST !!! and hot as Demon .

Dont worry about it !!!

And as the manual says, dont put your beer over the head amp, it will RUIN your BEER .

its the same with my einstein, it gets so hot you could bake yourself an egg on its faceplate ! dont worry buddy
