Looks like a good plan to me... I'm using an M4 and 2/50/2 right now, and (though I don't have one now) have always liked the G-Major. Let me know how the Tourmaster 4x12's work out... I've got a mismatched set of 4x12's now (a Rocktron 4x12 and a Randall 4x12, both with V30's), but kinda dig the idea of getting a matched set of black & tan's.
My only "watchout" is on the Behringer foot controller... I know several folks who have had reliability issues... I ignored their advice and bought a new one from MF, which shipped with 2 broken switches and at least one broken LED. Needless to say I sent it back... ended up getting a used Rocktron MidiMate, which despite being old school, is extremely flexible and built like a tank.
