...is too long to await the arrival of all solicited items (cover, footswitch, etc...) the seller neglected to include in a shipment?

Editing to include this fact: the missing item has absolutely nothing to do with the main received product's functionality, which was received as described and expected.

I would say 10 days.
I have failed to put in Power cords when packing not even thinking.
Then I will ship it out seperate once I found out my error or if the person go the amp and told me.

I'm going on 4 months

For something that was not included in the shipment. Good luck hopefully you get it.

The good = most people on here aren't assholes.

The bad = Paypal does nothing to help you with "partial" disputes. You could send everything back for a full refund but it is probably not worth the hassle.

It's really just shameful people are this way.

I've given the seller a couple options - both of which are extremely easy - with no results. Of course, the inevitable, "I've just been busy," will be the likely response...if any; however, I've been busy as heck, too, and it has zero effect on my ability to maintain a stated commitment.

I really hope the seller simply completes the solicited and agreed upon deal without need to make any further issue here. :scared:

He sure in hell wasnt 'too busy' to take your money was he?
Right is right. The rest is lip service.
Out him. ;)

Well...over the weekend I was finally able to get a reply and resolve.

Pay attention those using RT PM system, the system does inform the sender when a PM has been read, therefore, saying you didn't get a message can be reviewed.

Although this ended up taking longer than preferred and was a bit of a PItA, I'm not "outing" a fellow member over this particular issue. The major part of the transaction was delivered exactly as described and expected. I'm very happy with it and am happy this deal has resolved comprehensively so I can get it off my mind.

BTW...copying and pasting the text from the entire thread resulted in a thirty page Word doc. :D

maddnotez; I hope you're able to get yours resolved soon, as well.
