Hi guys! I've a Diezel VH4 head connected to a mesa boogie 2x12 (8 ohm) cab... The mesa boogie cab has one parallel out

I was trying to connect another 2x12 cab (8 ohm) using the parallel out of the mesa and I've drew a diagram of it... It is correct? The VH4 head has "1x" and "2x" speaker 8 ohm output options so I'm not 100% sure about this.

In the other way, alternatively connect both cabinets directly in the amp? What's sounds better in a matter of sound dynamics and speaker mechanics and what's the right chain in your opinion?

I obviously use only specific speaker cables (now I'm using ernie ball cables)...

I attach the two diagrams here, thank you sincerely for the help

I had the same issue. To solve it I bought four 8 ohm speakers. In each 2x12, I wired the speakers in series which bring each cab ohms to 16 ohms.

not sure if I understand your issue, just use V2 if you connect two cabs with 8 ohms each?
