Never seen one, only Kahlers. You would have to make a few rectangular plugs to fill the holes. and clean the existing routes. A milling machine is probably required.

You could potentially cast in aluminum or lead. --Or carbon fiber layers :D

Paul Gilbert did it to all his old Ibanez. You'd have to have some work done and it will be noticeable.

Your best and cheapest way would be to just block it.

yeah it is doable, but will require a total refinish. I have done one and its a lot of work really to get it looking flawless and expensive if a luthier does it

Probably not worth doing. Better off just selling and getting a hardtail or buying a new body (if possible). Even if you just absolutely love that specific guitar, who knows what it'll be like after all the plugs in the body.

It's easy enough to just block the bridge for dive only operation.

I like the ESP Arming adjuster for that. It'll essentially block the Floyd to dive only and let you crank the trem springs very tight, so the bridge will not move when bending or changing tuning, etc. But if you really want, you can muscle the trem arm to pull up the pitch if needed (and of course you can still dive).

I'd definitely block it for now...you never know when you might end up being in a Night Ranger tribute band
