this is a dream come true!

45 square meters - 9 m x 5 m

I will post updates almost daily. :)

So excited. Started today. I’m not building, it would take way too long. I don’t have any patience 😅😅

Big project.. Cool as hell you broke ground on it..
Any plans laid out for sound deadening?

Are you doing one large space for playing/recording/mixing or plan to have a separate recording space and control room? If so you might find your dimensions a little tight but it's still going to be a killer space of which I also am envious.

I'm REALLY glad this isn't Tim Kreuger's backyard.
I knew that creep.
He’s nowhere near as weird as me, btw.

He was a traveling restaurant critic.
Hmmmm
Here’s why he’ll never break the hoola loop:

I bought a few amps from him and we would talk
about life briefly.
I did sense he was a bit twisted so I asked
him THIS question out of nowhere:

“Tim, -you ever eat a 12ax7?”

-a long silence.. “No I have not” (in a frothy’ tone).

I tapped into right there man.

Tim if you’re reading this from the jailhouse PC,
-you remember that shit don’t you man?”
I was profiling YOU.

Referring to your little party gone wrong:

If you would have called 911 instead of
“ Finishing it”, you wouldn’t be facing
1st degree murder charges
- you sorry hack.
Shoulda’, woulda’ & coulda’…
Cheers!!

One very small bathroom and 1 room. But next project is a small build behind for control room. But it is mainly for me to jam in and sit and watch a live show and have a rum 😁

You’re only as good as your grade

This is two blocks from Tom Brady/Jetter’s
old house on Davis Island all the way to down
on the end.

Looking forward to following your progress. Congratulations!

How fun.

Good luck and rock and roll.

I can't think of any good jokes.

Make sure you put in some good grounding.
