"Oh hamburger!"

I have no idea how I did this - it seperated just like this on the other end. Looked it up on Musicians Friend's Website - I bought it 5-06, Warranty is lifetime, but is voided if you alter the pedalboard.

I put bigger feet on the end, so they probably will tell me to pound sand, but I'm going to see if I can get this covered anyway. I'm just amazed the thing seperated like this - I'm not that mobile onstage, and while I don't have a hard case for it (I use the soft case that I bought it with) I still treat my equipment well. Heck, all the pedals that were on it are fine!

Anyone else break a pedaltrain pro? :)

Damn Pete, never heard this one

See the last GP mag with your boy Gillis in it?

Can you undo the modifications and then contact the company?

It should not have broken that is for sure. I was happy with my NYC pedal boards, but one has the velcro on the board coming unglued, so I have to figure out what glue to use to repair it

Damn! I have a JR and it seems pretty sturdy. Can you just find somebody to weld it together?

Pedaltrain is sending me another one and a postpaid label to ship the busted one.

Talk about above and beyond. I'm getting a smaller pedaltrain for another rig, very cool product and even cooler company. They have my vote!

That is great service! Good to know that they stand behind their product.

Sounds like top notch customer service. I broke the casing on a boss pedal once (just the top part that you step on) people have told me I should be proud of that. :D
