Hi guys, I just finished my Einstein setup, which includes:
- Einstein head, 50w, with ch1 Mod
- Digitech GSP 1101
- Control 2
- Lovepedal Picklevibe
- Payne Labs K-Switch - looper/switcher
The whole idea was that I love the GSP's effects, love the Control 2, but hated that when used in 4 cables method the "pre" section of the GSP was noisy and coloured the signal. So I had to find a way to switch it in and out of the signal path, depending on the patch.
That, coupled with the need to switch the 4 relays of the Einstein, to get all the modes, made me look for a nice looper/switcher. I didn't need anything fancy, and I only needed 2 loops, so RJM unit was way too much, and too expensive. I stumbled upon Payne Labs - Ken Payne, who is starting a small business, and makes some very nice switchers at very reasonable prices. I ordered one and couldn't be happier about the results.
Please check the video for how good everything works:
I'd be happy to answer any questions. Btw, this is not a demo of the amp's sounds, it deserves some better recording technique
Edit: I replaced the video, the audio was mono and very low in volume..
