Hey folks,
I got my Mesa Traditional cab. Using it with my Uber Rev2, It sounds awesome, Very tight and mean. but to be honest with you I like the uberkab better with the x patt.

when I had my old Rev 2 I ran it with an Orange V30 cab - it sounded insane. wish I was smarter about amps back then.
Uberkab is a great cab, sounds great with a lot of amps. I love my Triple Rec Multi-Watt with it - Shiva 20th too. However my Mills afterburner cab edges out both the Bogner cabs I have (V30 412 too)

I own a Rev2 first ever made serial number 155. Just unique amp and it's definitely a keeper. I don't really understand how people can get a ride of that amp. I prefer running my Rev2 with the uberkab over the Mesa cab. However I like the vh4 with the Mesa cab but, when I mix both cabs, goodness it's just insane! Everything is there!

I sold mine a long time ago before I even knew about it or probably didn't appreciate what I had...I just got fickle and wanted to try something different.
I think we all do that from time to time with guitars, amps...etc

Not with the Rev2 lol It's a legendary amp. You should definitely get one! they are very rare but from time to time one can pop up. I believe there's a guy is selling his in AZ.
How do you like the VH4 so far?

I saw a Rev2 on ebay (Tim Pierce's apparently) but too much coin. I also liked rev blue...but rev 2 was mean. The Diezel is due to arrive Monday - never played a VH4 so not sure yet
I've got high hopes that I'll dig it, some say it's love hate - probably like Recto's & Uberschalls...Some love them some hate them...same as other amps I guess.
Going to be fun.

Well, the Diezels are very different amps from the other ones. I have been blown by the uber Rev2 big time, for real. when I got my vh4, I was not blown at all, felt very odd cuz the tone and everything is different. It was compressed not saturated like the uber. but when tweaked it and I got use to the tone, my friend that amp will fucking knock you out lol massive thick compressed dry enough to get that round tone chunky and it hits you in the chest...It's just very massive man. I LOVE IT.

good to have variety of tones - each amp "feels" different, that growl of a Bogner or Mesa, when I think dry I think ENGL (meh) but gotta have that bounce under the fingers when playing and mid grind. I'm looking forward to playing the VH4...have a nice white Uberkab to hold it up

course the Mills Afterburner may be the nail in the coffin...that cab is so big sounding, it will not flub no matter what.

Hey, my cab setup is also 2 Bogner 4x12s and 1 Mills 4x12. No real point to my post, just a fun fact

Wizard into Mills? :rawk:

Pretty good but it was better into the Bogners. Tested many amps with each cab and some excelled with one OR the other. In fact I don't particularly like running the Bog and Mills at the same time. Sounds washed out.

My experiences with Ubers, is that they definitely need to be played through the uberkab X Patt best match!

I dont like oversized cabs and x-pattern speakers. A second guitar player does that job in a band, with different sound...

One of my amps is The Uberschall Rev2 (#330) and one of my cabs a black angled Bogner 4x12 V30. Simply the best match fot my taste. Played it through Marshall cabs (standard and Mode4), Orange, Mesa, Koch,... Bogner is the winner for me.

I don't have and I don't like any over sized cab.
Bogner cabs are awesome that's for sure. one of my favorite.
