Most people get them removed for cosmetic reasons. Pretty funny you're gonna keep it and freak people out with it.

I had one in my arm that was about the size of a marble. it just looked like a bump on my arm. The doctor sliced the spot with a scapel and squeezed it out like a pimple. It was just a fatty deposit. Not a big deal.

I actually know someone who had one on his forehead. He had it there for the LONGEST time. Finally, he got it removed. It was roughly the size of a quarter and about 1/4'' or so thick.

I had same thing in my foot and had a below knee amputation 3 years ago. My oh my does it fucking suck. I used to run on treadmill, do squats, fuck easier. Things of past.
