Real easy to take fast hands for granted. Watching his picking hand trying to work was bringing tears to my eyes. Someday in the world to come he will have all his faculties and his cup will run over with joy no doubt. Good on him. I could not do what he is doing if I was in his situation. His desire to play likely trumps the entire forum.
