i've got a 112 combo that i need just the head shell for. i want to keep the combo case for latter use but its looking like my church that i use this at every weekend will be moving, and the site we are moving to i will have to put cab in a back room as they want no stage noise. i would like to just convert it to a head and not mess with selling and buying another head. anybody know where i could get one... maybe someone working at egnater?

Occasionally the guys at the warehouse will have extra head shells. Possibly a flaw, or damaged one. If you send an e-mail to nate@egnateramps.com, he will be able to tell you if they have an extra one to spare at the moment, and what sort of cost would be involved.

Hey Ian, i sent nate an email and have not recieved any type of reply. it has been a week, is this normal or am i just being impatient :)

still havent had a reply?? maybe my email is getting sent to his spam box or something. I sent three emails......

If you haven't heard then they either don't have any extra or are too busy with other things. I would say just build yourself one. It's not that hard, just a simple little box. You can buy all the stuff to make it look profesional online. Tolex, grill cloth, corners, handles, etc. mojotone.com is a great site for that stuff. I did it for my peavey 6505 combo. Believe me, if I can do it anyone can.
